Leviticus 22:29 NKJV
And when you offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, offer it of your own free will.
Nehemiah 12:27 NKJV
Now at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought out the Levites in all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem to celebrate the dedication with gladness, both with thanksgivings and singing, with cymbals and stringed instruments and harps.
Psalm 26:7 NKJV
That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all Your wondrous works.
Psalm 116:16-17 NKJV
O LORD, truly I am Your servant; I am Your servant, the son of Your maidservant; You have loosed my bonds.
I will offer to You the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.
Psalm 147:7-8 NKJV
Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; Sing praises on the harp to our God,
Who covers the heavens with clouds, Who prepares rain for the earth, Who makes grass to grow on the mountains.
2 Corinthians 4:14-15 NKJV
knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and will present us with you.
For all things are for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
Philippians 4:5-7 NKJV
Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
And one from six years ago on Thanksgiving
1 Timothy 4:3-5 NIV
They (hypocritical liars) forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth. For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.
Have a Great Day of Thanksgiving,
