You're not going to ever really deal with problems without a little discomfort. Real problems need real solutions, and the only real solution there is to any of our problems is turning to Jesus and falling on Him and humbling ourselves even if it hurts or if it's uncomfortable. That's where we need to be.

Matthew 21:23-46

You know what? If you are firmly convicted about something, even if it’s wrong, stand up and say it. God can deal with a man who’s wrong, who’s willing to stand up and say something that’s wrong, and then correct him if He needs to. The hardest hearts to deal with, and we learned this in Revelation in the church of Laodicea, is the heart that’s lukewarm, the one that is neither committed to the hot or the cold, the…
First and foremost, it is about knowing what God has to say. It's not about what I have to say. It's not about what I feel. It's not about what I desire. It is about what God has to say... Are you willing to say, "Yes, Jesus, You are my Lord. You are the Authority over me, and I will do what it is that You ask me to do."

Matthew 21:17-24

God has a desire and a plan laid out for us. All we need do is seek God to find out what that plan is, and then, by faith, even though we don’t see how it’s going to happen, trust that it’s going to happen. I want to read to you something in 2 Timothy. In 2 Timothy 4:1, “In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, Who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of…
How many times have You told me to do things? How many times have You made it clear that there was a specific direction or path that You were going and I ignored it and went my own way?

Matthew 21:1-16

Am I really any different than Your disciples? How many times have You told me to do things? How many times have You made it clear that there was a specific direction or path that You were going and I ignored it and went my own way? Am I really any different than the disciples? And I think this is a question that, if you took the time to ask, you would find that really we are not different than…
God is looking for faithful men and women who will trust Him, to believe Him for the miracle, and to cry out to Him, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! Use me, and let my life become a testimony and a witness to those around me."

Matthew 20:29-34

You know why we don’t receive the miracle? Because we don’t ask for the miracle. Most of us sit around begging for the things that we don’t need. We sit around insisting that God give us the stuff that is useless to us. Most of the men would have been begging for silver or gold, for their food, but here you had a man, as Jesus was coming in, who realized his real was for sight, a change of life.…
You want to be great? Just simply follow Jesus' example. That's all you've got to do. You're never going to follow His example, though, unless you know what's in this Book; unless you take the time to study...the life of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 20:17-28

We think everything should be “fair” rather than filled with God’s grace and God’s mercy. And as I said last week, I praise God that He is not “fair” because if God was fair and gave me what I deserved, guess what? It would not be heaven, and I think if each one of us in this room took a long, hard look at our lives, how we live, who we are, how we think, because guess what? You’re not…
